7 kwietnia 2014 r. odbyło się kolejne spotkanie prawników reprezentujących trzy centrale związkowe, którzy przygotowali ostateczne, na tym etapie, propozycje założeń do ustawy regulujące powstanie i funkcjonowanie Rady Dialogu Społecznego oraz Wojewódzkich Rad Dialogu Społecznego. Przekazali je teraz władzom swoich organizacji.
RDS oraz WRDS mają zastąpić odpowiednio Trójstronną Komisję ds. Społeczno-Gospodarczych oraz Wojewódzkie Komisje Dialogu Społecznego.
Wypracowane przez związkowych prawników rozwiązania regulują m.in.: proces opiniowania aktów prawych, organizację Rady, określają kompetencje jej Przewodniczącego, przewidują dwustopniowy system prowadzenia dialogu. Dotyczą także np. zasad finansowania Rady, organizacji zespołu ekspertów, systemu promocji działalności gremiów dialogu w Polsce.
Prawnicy przekazali już wypracowane założenia do Szefów poszczególnych reprezentatywnych centrali związkowych, którzy zdecydują o dalszych pracach nad nimi, a także ustalą ewentualne terminy spotkań w tej sprawie.
